Marinated Turkey Breast

What you need:

+ 1 3/4 c. SwansonÂ® Chicken Stock
+ 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
+ 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
+ 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
+ 1 turkey breast (about 4-1/2 to 5 lbs.)
What to do:
1. Stir the stock, rosemary, thyme and black pepper in a deep nonmetallic dish. Add the turkey and turn to coat. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 2 hr, turning the turkey occasionally to coat with the marinade.
2. Remove the turkey from the marinade. Roast the turkey according to the package directions, basting occasionally with the marinade. Let the turkey stand for 10 min. before slicing. Discard any remaining marinade.
